User
The user is your customer, the end user who completes the steps of the Integration Wizard.
Integrator
The integrator is the developer who builds the integration templates, which are the foundations of the automations your users will create.
Service User
The integrator sets up a service user account as a management entity for your users' automations. Using a service user account ensures that Make Bridge is not attached to a personal account. The actions of your users will be interpreted as actions of the service user.
Automation
The user creates an automation after filling in the values in the Integration Wizard and completing the integration flow. The automation is stored as a scenario in Make.
Scenario
Automations are stored as scenarios under the relevant team. A scenario comprises of a series of modules that indicate how data should be transferred and transformed between apps and services.
Integration Template
The template, built by the integrator, that is used in the Integration Wizard. Integration templates are stored within your organization and can be found under Bridge Templates on the Templates page.
Integration Wizard
Your users interact with the Integration Wizard, filling in the required values to complete the integration flow.
Integration Flow
The user process, from start to finish. The user receives a link to view the Integration Wizard, fills in the requested information, and ends the flow. Once you have verified that the integration flow is complete, you can enable the automation using the Make API or the Make SDK.
