# Usage with ChatGPT

This guide outlines how to connect Make MCP server to ChatGPT using OAuth.  

### Prerequisites

* ChatGPT account 

### Connect to ChatGPT

To connect Make MCP server to ChatGPT:

1. Open the web version of ChatGPT.
2. Click on your profile name on the left sidebar.
3. Click **Settings**. 
4. Go to **Plugins** and click **Developer mode**.
5. Toggle on **Developer mode**.
6. Go back to **Plugins** and click **Browse plugins**.
7. Click the plus sign next to **Search plugins** in the top-right corner.
8. In the dialog, name your MCP server.
9. In **Connection**, enter the following URL:

https://mcp.make.com
```

If you experience connection issues, you can add `/stateless` or  `/stream`  to the end of your connection URL. For SSE, add  `/sse`  instead.

10. In **Authentication**, select **OAuth**.
11. Agree to continue.
12. Click **Create**.
13. Click the sign-in button. 
14. In the OAuth consent screen, select your organization and its scopes. 
15. Click **Allow**. 

You've now connected Make MCP server to ChatGPT.
