# Delete an organization

The Administration UI lets you delete organizations via the Organization detail page. Deleting an organization is permanent and deletes related assets such as data stores and data structures.

1. Go to **Administration > Organizations**.
2. Find the organization you want to delete and click **Detail**.
3. Expand the **Change details** button and click **Delete organization**.

The organization now has a **Deleted** tag. Once deleted, you cannot access the organization or restore it.
