  1. Manage organizations and teams

Transfer organization ownership

When an end-user creates an organization, they automatically become the owner of the organization. Organization owners can manage and access all teams in an organization. An organization can have only one owner. As an administrator of your instance, you can transfer ownership to any member of an organization.

  1. Go to Administration > Organizations.

  2. Find the organization and click Detail.

  3. Select Transfer ownership from the menu.

  4. Select the user you want to become the organization owner and click Save.

A pop-up notification confirms the change in ownership.
